Shipping
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout so you can review them before payment.

- International: Delivery time varies by destination; tracking provided where available
Taxes & Duties
Taxes are calculated at checkout. International customers may be responsible for import duties or customs fees; these are not included in our shipping charges unless stated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn and in original condition with original packaging. To begin a return, email support@dovaari.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
